The Garden Grill & Restaurant is a place where meat is cooked in churrasco style, which translates roughly from the Portuguese word for “barbecue”. Churrascaria cuisine is served “Rodizio” style, where roving waiters & chefs serve the barbecued meats from large skewers directly onto the seated diners’ plates, several times throughout the meal. Over and above our remarkable cuts of meat, which are accompanied by salads and sides available directly from our fresh local Market table.
